“We’ve reached a point in our civilization where counterculture has mutated into a self-obsessed aesthetic vacuum. So while hipsterdom is the end product of all prior countercultures, it’s been stripped of its subversion and originality.”

They have released four singles to date (Space and the Woods/Heartbeat, Bathroom Gurgle/VW, The Bears are Coming and the re-recorded album version of Space and the Woods, teamed with Focker for a double A-side). Their album “Fantasy Black Channel” was released on 11th August, with the album version of “Heartbeat” released a week prior to it.

Is it me? Or does it seem like LOVEFOXXX (lead vocalist of CSS) is gettin all Bjork on us? This past weekend, the All Points West Festival took place and one might’ve mistaken the CSS performance as a surprise Bjork set. Wrong, it was lady LOVEFOXXX getting all zaned out and seems to be mocking Bjork’s weirdness. Check it out for yourselves.
APWfest
Can you tell who is who??
LOVEFOXXX @ Rise
Is Bjork Lovefoxxx’s greatest inspiration? Will lady Lovefoxxx outdo Bjork in the near future? Will she wear a swan dress or something similar next? Be crowned the next WeirdoQueen?
