Microcastle (Formerly: Scrotal Mice)
Self-proclaimed ambient punk band Deerhunter dropped a new record in late October for Kranky. They continue their style of gentle post-punk noise art with astounding results and have thus far enjoyed a great deal of critical success with Microcastle.
More importantly, its tour time for the boys of Deerhunter. They’ll be in Texas for two dates including one in the hater-capital at Warehouse Live December 3rd. The other at Emo’s in Austin December 2nd, but who gives a shit about those dicks anyway? This is Houston…
