Not to mention when you pull up into those bars your car gets fucking trashed from the inside out! You know ? I mean shit get a bike.. but even then you have to watch out for kids that run lights and smash into vespa’s with hot azn girls on the back…

I see since I’ve been gone I’ve missed some pretty “good shows” in the past months? I mean you had Major Lazer, Santigold! A-Trak, Treasure Fingers, Rye Rye and you guys just played host to one of the hottest music events to come through Houston. The Texas Heat Fest. With heavy hitters like Rjd2, local madman Bird Peterson, Drop the Lime, and the Rapture Dj’s. Houston has had some serious talent through lately. Well my question is WHY IS HOUSTON NOT SUPPORTING! ? Wait let me guess, The Economy right ?
Now we all know everyone, fuck everyone have fights with everyone and Houston has a pretty tight knit community of friends in the scene. The only problem is the “Scene” is getting a little stale. I mean how many times can you go to one bar and drink yourself to the floor? That shit gets old. Not to mention Houston Dj’s are loved, but really how many times must you book yourself at your own parties? There has to be a turning point. How could it be years ago we were involved with events that held over 4000 people at them EACH TIME! Some close to 10000 and over!? Now your lucky to get 1000.?
It’s fucking sad!
Lets bring it back together and Blow this shit up H Town!
or move out here to the west coast where they have 10,000 to 100,000 people every time.

I feel that you all promote to the same network 1000 times a month, to the same people in your 100+ facebook circles ! Yeah you might add 2 to 5 people a day and at that point you would have to “re post” your ad, but seriously guys. 1 time to your “Friends”. You know if someone is on your FACEBOOK i can guarantee that WE know about your event. We have seen it already and will be attending it. One thing i see in Cali is these kids at parties come from ALL over the place, it’s just not an LA crowd. These kids are driving in for hours to get to these events. Promoters promote outside the bubble and pull in major people to these events. Just ask motivation from back in the day. We were taking trips to Oklahoma Dallas St Louis i mean just to promote hand to hand fliers. Artit will tell ya. RIP.
