Shooting at The Meridian

Did anyone else here about that shooting at the Meridian on Friday night? The news was on in the background this morning when I woke up and I heard something about a shooting in a packed venue. Turns out it was at the Meridian. It was the Texas Thrash show supposedly, hosted by a fraternity. There were many fight breakouts throughout the night and towards the end a shooting happened in a packed parking lot. Go figure right? Only a place packed with brodudes and wannabe tough guys would lead to multiple fights and shootings. Oh, did I mention an off duty officer was shot too? but who gives a fuck about the cops? just kidding. WE LOVE HPD LOLZ

anyways here are further details I stole Ch. 2:

Timmers was shot in the right shoulder by a stray bullet as he tried to help another shooting victim, police said.”He’s not going to back down when there’s a need there, and that’s what he was doing,” said Harris County Precinct 6 Constable Victor Trevino.”There is no indication that the officer shot his weapon. It’s still under investigation just how many shots were fired,” said Corp. J.W. Caldwell with the Precinct 6 Constable Office.Timmers was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was released later Friday morning. He is now recovering at home. The other shooting victim was also shot in the shoulder and expected to be OK.Police said one of the bullets hit a nearby home and lodged itself in the resident’s laundry room.”I heard something. I was upstairs. I was doing laundry. I would have been dead. You just never know what’s going to happen in downtown Houston,” resident Ivan Rocabado said.Timmers was an officer in the animal cruelty division for over a decade. He has appeared on KPRC Local 2 numerous times in that role. He has been with Precinct 6 for nearly 15 years.Deputies said they believe the shooting stemmed from a fight inside the concert hall that spilled into the parking lot. Detectives questioned numerous people, but they were later released. No arrests have been made.

So to all the brodudes and brohos out there, keep on wearing your Assfliction or Confliction shirts and fighting everyone in plain sight. You might as well go shoot randoms too. Hell, that’s what you do best, keep up the work because everyone loves your stupid drama.

The aftercrawl @ 2010B

We’re putting together a little event with our local artist for the Houston Artcrawl.

If you’ll be out bouncing around the Warehouses on Saturday i’m sure we’ll see you after the event.

You should make 2020 Commerce your last stop for the day and stay with us until the evening.

History

Artist’s need large and affordable spaces to rent when creating work. Downtown’s warehouse district provided artists with that sort of community. Unfortunately, most of the cities population had removed itself from the urban lifestyle in exchange for the small city effects that suburbia offered. The artistic community suffered from the lack of activity downtown until a brilliant idea was discovered. The idea was to bring the public back downtown by having an “open” studio celebration of the arts, it would later be called ” ARTCRAWL”.

The benefits of having this celebration seperate itself from all other events in the city. No other event currently offered in Houston, celebrates everyone’s art as “equal”. There is no gallery director/curator’s vision involved with this event. Everyone who is located in the downtown area is invited to open their studio up for all the public to see. This feature alone makes this event the single most important regional collection of artists in the Houston Metroplex. It represents the region as it truly is, a diverse collection of different types of art that should be celebrated as a community of “visions”.

I HATE HOUSTON

lolzzz

What’s under there?

Under wear?! We all have our preferences when it comes to under garments— commando or not commando. Simple as that. But as far as I know… if you’re wearing a dress that’s somewhat sheer, you DO NOT wear white panties. You know why?

because THIS happens. We understand some people don’t give a fuck but it seems like this poor girl didn’t know the flash on Sam Ho’s camera would do this. lolz

I too own this dress and in the near future, if you should wear this dress or something similar I suggest you wear BLACK seamless panties like this:

You won’t have this problem again, promisssse!

Thank you very much, have a nice day. byebye
